With regard to Coronavirus, the College and DCCA are following guidance from Public Health England (PHE) and other national agencies, and the current advice is that there is no need for educational establishments to close.
However we are aware this could change therefore in the event that the College or DCCA is required to close, we will communicate this to all learners through the DCCA and College websites, and additionally through our social media accounts.
Please ensure you check the DCCA website “Events page” at https://www.dorsetcentreforthecreativearts.co.uk/ for any updates.
As it currently stands there are no plans to alter term dates, but if the situation changes, we will let you know.
The College remains committed to playing our part in the wider collective effort to keep our communities, staff and of course our students as safe as possible, through preventing or slowing the spread of infection.
Therefore, in the event that Dorset Centre for the Creative Arts is required to close, we will communicate this to all students and staff via email, through the DCCA website under the Events page, and additionally through our social media accounts.
Decisions will be made based on Government advice, which continues to evolve on a daily basis.
