As you are aware following the Government briefings this last week, the current lockdown will continue for the foreseeable future.
We have made the decision to close the centre till the 31st May. Therefore, we will be refunding monies from week beginning Monday 20th April.
You will understand that we have much money to refund, and it will take longer than might have been the case in the past.
For those who have paid in cash at the centre, Lin Gisborne will ring you for bank details so we can refund you by BACS.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as DCCA staff, Weymouth College and their Finance team work in very difficult circumstances to process the very high volume of requests for refunds.
As before If any of our new or returning students feel able to ‘roll over’ their paid course fees to the next available course start date that would greatly relieve the current pressure on our staff and offer very positive support for the future of DCCA. Please email Lin by this Friday 17th April to let her know you will roll over your course fees, otherwise we will automatically send a refund.
